Your Tasks
- Set project direction together with the Category Manager and define the project team setup in conjunction with the engineering/technical leads to achieve the project scope and goals
- Ownership of the project plans activities and deliverables, ensuring their delivery through prioritization and escalation of unresolved conflicts
- Ensuring the Project KPIs (centered around costs, timeline and quality) are reported in time and reflect accurately the state of the project
- Responsible for defining the communications plan for each project to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed in an efficient manner
- Communicate between teams within the global organization to ensure effective and timely input; resolve conflicts and lead solutions implementations
- Lead communication with all stakeholders acting as a first point of contact
- In parallel of NPI projects, lead RFQs activities
Your Profile
- Open attitude towards new challenges
- Team oriented, independent, active and reliable working methods
- Technical background is highly recommended
- English communication at a high level
- Good knowhow of Microsoft office and an organized way to maintain share point folders
- Project Management experience
