Your Tasks

  • Working with Project Manager and other engineers (development, electronic and packaging) together to design, including but not limited ID, structure, mechanical components and assembly, material selection and design verification
  • Create and maintain design documents: 3D, 2D, EBOM, tolerance stacking analysis, DFMEA, validation plan, validation report, and PDP required documents
  • Work with sourcing and supplier to fix technical issues during sampling and production
  • Testing and verification for the mechanical designs
  • Communicate with Germany headquarter and customers during design and development
  • Consult others team colleagues for solution selection and technical issue solving
  • Other tasks assigned by manager or management team
  • Support other Engineers to finish design work

Your Profile

  • Strong teamwork spirits and team members management experience
  • Good follow up all tasks from Manager and senior Manager
  • Good English ability including speaking, listening, reading and writing
  • Better understand, thinking quickly and anti-pressure ability
  • Skillful 3D/2D data creating experience with Creo
  • Above 3 years working experience on new product design and development for household appliance such as coffee machines, etc
  • Skillful on problem solving, experienced on manufacture defects analysis and improvement
  • Rich design experience and process knowledge on plastic parts, metallic parts, rubber parts, and mechatronics parts, etc
