Your Tasks

  • Participate in new products pre-feasibility study such as product design improvement and material selection
  • Participate in new products quote with related department and provide inputs based on molding capability and new product requirement
  • Injection machine and injection auxiliary machine selection for new project
  • Review DFM and MFA report with related department and provide parameter recommendation and other suggestion for gate location, cooling channel location etc
  • Review mold design, products layout, cooling circuit design with related department
  • Coordinate with related department to design and improve robot fixture and cooling fixture
  • Responsible for mold test, process development and optimizing, compile the trial run report and molding prescription
  • Collect and analyze process data, solve problems during trial run at different stages with cross functional team
  • Responsible for process continuous improvements for new project
  • Molding routing data confirmation. Material BOM checking and submit molding master data to PE to update in SAP. Finish the task assign by managers

Your Profile

  • At least 5 years experience in molding process
  • Familiar with polymer material properties molding process
  • Familiar with injection machines such as ENGEL, ARBURG, JSW
  • Familiar with injection auxiliary equipment
  • Familiar with mold flow analysis
  • Have ability to solve issues in project development and production independently
  • Have ability to solve issues in project development and production independently
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English. Good teamwork, ownership, initiative, with a sense of urgency
