Your Tasks

  • Provide direct support to the Head of GRD in day-to-day operations and strategic topics.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and decision documents.
  • Support to coordinate R&D projects, track progress, and maintain an overview of the project portfolio.
  • Support cross-departmental communication and cooperation (R&D with Project Management, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Assist in organizational development topics, process improvements, and team structure optimization.
  • Organize global team meetings, workshops, and follow up on action items.
  • Help with resource planning, KPI tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage calendar, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks for the Head of R&D.
  • Support talent management and onboarding activities within the R&D department.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships, working student roles, or first job in project coordination / business support are welcome).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Very good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) – both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, structured, and reliable working style with high attention to detail.
  • Interest in technology, development, and working at the interface between business and technical teams.
