Your Tasks
- For new product - prepare new mold basic construction & mold quotation based on new product briefing, BOM, 2D, 3D data; prepare mold modification quotation based on mold modification DFM
- For existing molds – prepare new duplicated or replacement new mold quotation; prepare mold modification, replacement mold insert & mold repair quotation
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or, Tool Design/Manufacturing, etc
- Ability to study new design plastic part & prepare basic mold construction
- Ability to study new design plastic part & leading DFM team to prepare DFM
- Ability to explain mold cost or expense with customer
- Ability to check mold modification DFM for mold modification cost calculation
- Be familiar with “Proe”
- Written English is a must, oral English is a big plus
