Your Tasks

  • Responsible overall automation solution planning
  • Design non-standard automation equipment
  • Set up production line and function test
  • Provide technical support for automation of the production line, quickly diagnose and resolve complex failures
  • Evaluate equipment capability like GR&R and validation
  • Lead or actively participate in projects for automation upgrades, line modifications, and new equipment introductions, ensuring delivery on time
  • Design review and modification for machine or fixture
  • Support preventive maintenance plans, analyze and recommend necessary spare parts lists and service frequencies to the maintenance team for automation maintenance in our factories
  • Promote continuous improvement of automation, vision, and robotic systems to reduce downtime and increase production efficiency

Your Profile

  • Proficient in SolidWorks, Creo, or other mainstream 3D design software
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of mechanical design; familiar with material properties, machining processes, heat treatment, and surface finishing
  • Expertise in various transmission mechanisms (e.g., linkages, cams, gears, timing belts)
  • Knowledge of standard component selection (e.g., SMC, Festo, MISUMI, HIWIN, THK)
  • Basic understanding of electrical control principles and ability to collaborate with electrical engineers
