We believe in our social responsibility beyond our business and operational needs, which is why we want to to provide a nurturing environment for children in need in Batam, Indonesia. With two orphanages under our care, we currently support a total of 34 wonderful kids, giving them hope for a brighter future.
Education is paramount in breaking the cycle of poverty, and we strive to ensure that all children have access to quality schooling. To this end, we distribute one year's worth of school fees and essential school materials. By removing financial barriers and equipping them with the necessary tools, we enable these children to pursue their education with confidence and enthusiasm. We undertake facility renovations to enhance the living conditions and provide a comfortable space for the children to grow, learn, and thrive. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing home where they can feel loved and supported.
Beyond the walls of our orphanages, we encourage our orphanage team to become agents of change within their community. We involve them in awareness programs that aim to educate and inspire the surrounding neighborhoods. By sharing their experiences and promoting positive values, our team members strive to become ambassadors for social change, fostering a sense of unity and compassion among their peers.
We also believe in holistic development, and as part of our ongoing activities, we focus on informal education of these wonderful kids, that raises awareness about waste management and encourages the children to actively participate in recycling efforts. By instilling these values early on, we empower the children to become environmentally conscious individuals who contribute to a sustainable future.
